In the summer of 2016 I volunteered with the nonprofit Project Color Corps to help design a layout for regular email newsletters. Specifically, the layout had to help tell the story of each project, grabbing the attention of the supporters of the nonprofit and raising awareness of the smaller projects it does. I studied email newsletter templates to gain an understanding of what the structure of the newsletter should be. I built the template in MailChimp because that was the service that Project Color Corps employs. Once the template was complete I took on the responsibility of populating and editing newsletters for Project Color Corps.
